In 2015, we set out to change safety management for the better and make it easier to keep employees safe. Backed by extensive experience in enterprise systems and real-life EHS and corporate management experience, we collaborated with key prospective clients to develop a better way to manage health and safety.
We didn’t rely solely on our own knowledge and experience. We traded in our office attire for work boots, Hi-Viz vests, and hardhats, and we sat down with management teams and worked side-by-side with back-office and safety staff. We learned from their insights and spent time on the front lines, understanding the pressures they face and developing the tools and features to make their lives easier and keep their employees safer. The end result was our first software solution, SMS360, and later, our Fleet360 software and fleet safety services.
Along the way, we learned that most EHS software was unaffordable for most businesses, and pricing was based on the name or net profit of the client. Most systems were simply too costly to license, implement and maintain, and per-user licensing was forcing companies to exclude the bulk of their employees from accessing them. We set out to change all of that with SMS360 and Fleet360. Our software solutions deliver an affordable and easy-to-use system for risk and compliance management, with better flexibility and functionality than other systems. And we do it all without per-user pricing.
SMS software solutions are subscription-based with a software-as-a-service (SaaS) model. We offer unlimited users and tiered storage space pricing with no long-term contract.
Thanks to this innovative approach and the results we deliver, SMS solutions and services are now used to manage safety and save lives in transportation and logistics, manufacturing, commercial vehicle fleets, waste and recycling businesses, and more. We continue to grow in all industries where there’s a need to simplify EHS, minimize risks and related costs, and save lives.
